The payment of your travel will be paid 21 days or at least 14 days before your departure. The charge should be paid by cash or cable transferbe. The payment can also be paid when you arrive in China. Chinatraintour will inform you the bank account number. You can not pay by credit card in France. Because, no Chinese bank can accept the international payment by the credit card. |

| Cancellation |
If you did not subscribe the guarantee of cancellation, the expenses will be retained according to the date of your request for cancellation. Cancellation must be informed to Chinatraintour by letter or e-mail in the 3 days.

Expenses retained for the cancellation of a circuit, per person.
|
| |
more than 30 days: 80 USS$ of expenses for the file; |
| |
from 30 to 21 days before the departure: 25 % of the total amount of the voyage; |
| |
from 20 to 8 days before the departure: 50 % of the total amount of the voyage; |
| |
from 7 to 2 days before the departure: 75 % of the total amount of the voyage; |
| |
less than 2 days before the departure: 100 % of the total amount of the voyage; |

Expenses retained for the cancellation of a hotel, per person: |
| |
more than 7 days, it does not have expenses of cancellation ; |
| |
less than 7 days, the amount is the one night cost of reserved hotel; |

| |
Expenses retained for the cancellation of a train or air ticket, per person |
| |
more than 14 days before the departure, if the ticket did not emit: 20 US$ of expenses of file; |
| |
less than 14 days before the departure, if the ticket has already issued: 100 % of the amount of the ticket; |

| |
Expenses retained for the cancellation of the service of guide or car, per person: |
| |
more than 7 days before the date of service reserved: it does not have expenses of cancellation; |
| |
less than 7 days before the date of service reserved: 10 $ of expenses of file; |

| In the event of cancellation
of a person in the group, the expenses of cancellation will be refunded from the total amount of the payment which is the whole of the participants. Although, the reason for cancellation does not on behalf of the other members of the group. |

| Alteration of Itinerary |
| It is possible for you to defer your voyage for another date or another circuit |
| If this modification is done more than 21 days before the departure, a reserve of 30 US$ will be required of you for the expenses of file. If this modification is done less than 21 days before the departure, it will be considered as a cancellation.The expenses of cancellation has indicated above. |

| Chinetrain.com and chinatraintour.com act as an agent
who provide the service
for his customers . CTT shall not be held responsible for
any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by CTT. According to aforementioned causes no payment should be refunded to the customers. |

| Complaints and Claims |
| If you have complaint or claim during the travel , you must inform us by email(contact@chinetrain.com are recommended), letterl, or facsimile within 30 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. CTT will not be liable for any claims made later than 30 days after the completion of your tour. |
